Helping preserve waterways with the Sanifos 280 GR
Dwellings surrounding the Lake Rotoiti area encountered issues with aging septic systems. The bio treatment systems which replaced them could only be located at the top end of the properties for serviceability creating a tricky problem, how to get the waste from the lower end of the properties after the old septic systems were decommissioned.

Wastewater drainage for deployable shelters
Humanihut are creators and providers of foldable and rapidly deployable temporary accommodation for use in emergencies, mining and numerous other use cases. The structures are designed to provide all amenities for inhabitants, including bathroom and kitchen facilities. Each emergency response site is unique, requiring varying numbers of the Humanihut systems, but there is one thing that remains the same at all sites – the lack of existing drainage for plumbing amenities.

Tiny home made possible using the Sanifos 280 GR
Tiny homes and granny flats are becoming increasingly popular, and they offer a great solution to the nation’s housing crisis. In order to be compliant, granny flats and tiny homes are required to have plumbing amenities including kitchen and bathroom facilities, but this can be a challenge as they are often built lower than street level and adjacent homes. This is the issue that a client had recently with their tiny home build as the selected site was situated far away from the street and was below the street drainage. To enable the tiny home to have plumbing, a powerful pump was required.

Creating office kitchenettes with the Sanifast
In the heart of Auckland's CBD, at popular commercial high-rise 34 Shortland Street, three tenancies recently underwent new office fit-outs, which included brand new kitchenettes. In each of these instances, the kitchenettes were to be placed in locations where there was limited access to traditional gravity plumbing.
